Ratings and reviews

Good platform. No much hassle onboarding and using the system. My only challenge, which has been persistent over multiple updates is that on first login, the screen will always flash and more often than not, the app will close. Have to try multiple times before it stabilizes, after which everything is great, but before then, it's pretty exhausting.

It sounds really frustrating that am having such a tough time logging into the app, even after trying different methods like using my PIN and resetting my password. Dealing with errors during the reset process must be adding to the stress. Since I've already reached out to their support team without success, it might be worth checking if there are any known issues with the app or if there's an update available that could potentially fix the problem.

I don't just understand the point of having an account with sparkle and yet can only deposit and can't withdraw due to email verification that keeps popping up. Trying to verifying my email take forever. Even after putting the code yet the app loads forever. And the verification is never done.
