You guys are so terrible, to be honest. I know the review doesn't matter to you guys, but here's all I need.... I have sent an email for my account to be updated for KYC so I can take my money out and close your app for good. Kindly respond to my email and open my account for me to get what is left jn my wallet. My advice to everyone is that please don't download this app for your own sanity, or you will be frustrated.

I think this is the most useless banking app. For more than 3 days I have been trying to open an account with the app but I keep getting stuck with the selfie. I keep getting an error message saying user not enrolled. I have sent countless mails to support and I have deleted and reinstalled the app many times but it still persist.I have sent screenshot of all the errors I get to support but nothing seems to work. Is this how the Bank will handle my funds. I am pleased to say the app is useless

I send money to my sparkle account and the transaction was successful and I try to login to my account the next day I can see my money on my wallet again. Now my money has been refund but I can't transfer from my account they said my account has been freeze
