Ratings and reviews

Logging into the app is unreliable.... sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The same inconsistency applies to their ATM Card. Worst of all, POS transactions with issued card frequently fail with the message 'Do Not Honor.' I’ve reached out to their customer service through one of their official channels, but I’ve yet to receive any response.

I made a transfer this now, it showed successful but there's no record of the transaction in the app and the person didn't receive the money until now please refund my money Sparkle
