I am reporting sparkle to CBN, I cannot log in after more the 3 days, I have already open account and put in money but mistakenly put in wrong pin just once, was asked to change pin but it keeps saying unable to authenticate. I was scammed by Sparkle account and not able to make report till now because they would not allow me to log in, A bank without no customer care number to quickly call except when in trouble except you have to send email or go online which they will not respond to.

it been days have been requesting for my account activation but. yet to receive it , have checked my email countless times otp message received...pls kindly help me out

please i can't send money i deposited, the app keep telling me to verify email and each time i try verifying it will keep telling email already exist
