I am reporting sparkle to CBN, I cannot log in after more the 3 days, I have already open account and put in money but mistakenly put in wrong pin just once, was asked to change pin but it keeps saying unable to authenticate. I was scammed by Sparkle account and not able to make report till now because they would not allow me to log in, A bank without no customer care number to quickly call except when in trouble except you have to send email or go online which they will not respond to.

Overall, it's been an almost seamless experience. However I have some dissatisfaction regarding transactions' reversal.. There is no notification regarding its effect or even a certainty of a reversal. Also, please get the Bank App to generate Receipts for transactions. Lastly, I tried using the Bank App to purchase Electricity Units, I was debited and I didn't get my Pin and I didn't get a reversal. Aside from these issues, every other experience has been reliable. Thank You.

omor this app don do me dirty each time you send them messages through through their Gmail it will take them almost 5 to 6 working days to review your message and give you a good feedback of recent my account got reported and they restricted me from outgoing transactions later on the case was withdrawn and till now have been sending them text through their Gmail so they can lift the restrictions and I haven't gotten any good feedback till today
