Ever since I started using this app (2021), it has been wonderful. Though sometimes there are technical challenges, which is inevitable, but the mode of response to clients is so encouraging.. One thing I can confidently say is that they are not 100% perfect but so far there's been improvement and the innovation continues.

This app has gone buggy of late. Apart from refusing to see my Bluetooth printer it tells you you are offline even if your data is on and working. If I can't print my recharge cards and it goes offline anytime it likes I can't see myself using it.

The app has not gone buggy. You must’ve purchased a printer that we did not recommend. We placed instructions in the help section of the app to assist you understand how to resolve printer connectivity issues. Read items 7 to 9 in the help section of the app and apply the guideline. You can still download pin files and print from a desktop printer.
