This is the best flashlight app ever if you're looking for an ad free app and it only takes 100kb What I like about this compared to other small flashlight app is that the light can stay on even if you leave the app

This is by far one of the best, if not the best led torchlight app out there if you value your privacy. It's not intrusive and has no bloatware/adware demanding unrealistic permissions. It's also very light.
