Review of the feasibility and viability of new businesses, investments, and asset liquidation

• Asset restructuring for small business owners and SMEs / Change management for asset structure turnaround /
Advisory on asset liquidation, asset reorganization, asset sale direction, and debt restructuring

• Setting the direction for new business processing
Presenting strategies and directions based on market trends

• Change management communication
Advisory, guidance, supervision, and correction during the organizational and business transition process

• Financial structure improvement consulting / Asset structure improvement consulting

• Property Survey, Market Price Survey, Feasibility Study

Provision of R&D services regarding budget planning, design, preparation, and securing

• Consulting on banking-related business structures

Advisory on the direction of ‘understanding and preparing for credit and loan procedures’

(Not direct execution or brokerage)

• Consulting on establishing financing plans

• Consulting on updating corporate valuation information

• Consulting on entrustment and consignment of various research and business structure in economics, management, finance, social statistics, law, real estate, etc.

Service Stage Guide

[ Stage 1 – Preliminary Review (R&D) ]

We review the appropriateness of business objectives, required capital, timelines, and fund usage for entrusted projects (real estate acquisition, new construction, expansion, asset liquidation, asset sale, change management, etc.) through consultation and analysis.

We identify and eliminate unexpected risks in advance through AI-based simulations. [ Step 2 – Structural Design and Orientation Correction ]

Based on the results of Step 1, we review all possible scenarios, including existing and new business registration, changes in business type or category, changes in equity or representative, establishment of financing plans, asset structure, and asset reorganization.

We also filter out potential risks during the process of preparing and securing a budget while considering credit and debt.

[ Step 3 – Virtual Simulation Verification ]

Before entrustment, we verify the entire process from start to finish through virtual simulation to help build confidence in decision-making.

※ This app supports non-face-to-face reservation, registration, consultation, contract, and follow-up management.

In-person and on-site consultations are also available if necessary.
