To use the service, you must allow the following access permissions.
[Required Access Permissions]
1. Storage: Access to storage space including photos, media, and files; used for storing certificates and bankbook copies.
2. Phone: Access to mobile phone status and device information; collects mobile phone numbers for issuing Mobile OTP and NH Mobile Certificates, and for using branch phone services.
3. Installed Apps: Checks app installation information on smart devices to prevent electronic financial transaction fraud.
[Optional Access Permissions]
1. Nearby Devices: Used for Bluetooth device connection and voice support guidance services.
2. Microphone: Used for video calls, consultation chat, and voice search services.
3. Notifications: Used to receive notifications regarding deposits/withdrawals, events, and benefits.
4. Contacts: Used for sending result text messages after transfers and for contact-based remittance services.
5. Location: Used for branch finder services.
6. Camera: Used for ID card photography, document submission, QR code recognition, etc.
7. SMS: Used for mobile phone identity verification and sending transfer results.
8. Biometric Authentication: Used for login and remittance services.
