[Other Usage Guide]

▶ NH Pay must be used with your own mobile phone. (One device per person)

▶ When authenticating with your card information, the mobile phone number registered with your Nonghyup Card must match the mobile phone number registered with your Nonghyup Card.

▶ For secure service use, the app cannot be used on smartphones with tampered structures.

▶ To protect your personal information and ensure secure transactions, offline payments are only possible when connected to your mobile carrier's network (3G/LTE/5G, etc.).

▶ Biometric authentication (fingerprint, Face ID, etc.) is available on smartphones that support biometric authentication.

▶ To prevent fraudulent use, some transactions may be restricted for cards without a registered password.

▶ Cash withdrawal (ATM) services are available only for one card registered with NH Pay, with a single withdrawal limit of KRW 500,000 per transaction and per day.

▶ Gift cards do not support offline payment methods such as barcode/QR payments.

Ratings and reviews

Not only did I have trouble logging in (information mismatch and authentication issues) while manually looking up each Korean word, the telecom company, bank teller and card company keep on claiming that's the fault of the other party. Managed no progress after multiple phone calls and trips to the bank and telecom place. Purchasing items online is simple not worth the hassle. If the bank wants to attract foreign customers, they seriously need to do a better job.

Despite having foreigners as your customers, this App is still only in Korean! v3.5.3 is the worst version, mid payment process it automatically shutdown. The previous version made it easier to pay via QR code scan/ entering the 7 digit code. This bank is NOT foreigner friendly.

The same as on iphone. I input everything CORRECTLY but it doesn't want to send me a phone verification message, saying some info is incorrect. Forget about this buggy app and move to Naver pay.
