Like the new app. Much easier to use and great for tracking symptoms. The one thing I would like to see added is a food diary. Right now I'm having to use a separate app to track what I'm eating to try and find trigger foods and compare them with symptoms on two different apps. It would be a lot easier to see days where my symptoms were worse and be able to compare what foods were eaten in the past days or even have data saying when you eat X food your symptoms seem to get worse.

Hi Devon, Thanks so much for your feedback and for your suggestion regarding a food diary! We will take this into consideration for future updates to the app. In the meantime, we suggest using the Notes section of the app to track anything you would like to! Let us know if you have any additional feedback for us at

App resets every time you switch apps (including during registration) which means that if you need to check any information you lose any progress in the registration/survey/whatever process. A lot of the info this app collects (amount of excercise, amount of sleep, weight, etc) is already collected (often automatically) by other apps (google fit, Fitbit, etc) but there seems no way to link them, so you have to manually copy (with the annoyance that you can't switch apps as mentioned above!)

We are sorry to hear you've been having problems using the app. Your feedback has been passed on to the technical team. Additionally, the reason we don't allow switching between apps is to protect people's confidential medical information. We are happy to answer any questions you may have, please email your comments to

It's easy to use but I can't work out how to view past symptom tracker. After you take the flare up questionnaire it says you can go back to review these with clinician but I cant work out how. I have also tried to change my weight, height as it was entered wrong but it keeps bouncing back saying I'm 1ft 8inches!! I dont think so. Maybe there is a blip somewhere?? Few hitches but otherwise useful.

Claire, thanks for your review! We are aware of an issue with inputs for weight & height and are working on releasing a fix for it. The questionnaire results can be accessed through the medical summary in My Health Record. Please email us at about these issues or if you have any further questions!
