I love Casa de Café and the app. I even like it better than Starbucks! The quality of the coffee and taste is superb. I love to order through the app and accumulate rewards and points. The update on the app seems to have improved usefulness with some exceptions like making menu selections at some of the Casa de Café restaurants at Galerias and Metrocentro. There was a temporary hiccup with the automatic payment with my credit card. You're the best! You should expand everywhere.

It was a pleasant experience. I’m not really the type to be held on a queue — I just like checking my to-do list and adjusting things to my own pace and swing by once my order is ready.

They recently removed most of the available sweeteners. Now, regular sugar and Splenda are the only options. If I want to add another sweetener to my coffee, I have to ask it at the moment of picking it up, so why ordering with the app in the first place?
