It used to work fine. Suddenly the battery went from 90% to 26%?! Network always out. Keeps locking us out

fingerprints no longer works and we haven't had this for too long. I've tried multiple times to erase and add new fingerprints and got nothing. The codes, key fobs, and opening the door through the app still work though

It works about 30% of the time. The key fobs are the only reliable way. App times out, prints aren't recognized, password is hit or miss. Setting it up to default auto lock at a certain time, forget it. Can't wait to replace these with something reliable, but I'm holding out hope they'll fix the dang thing
