The product is functional; however, all the functions it provides does not always work on demand. The lock offers a key fob, code, fingerprint, and actual key to access the door. The fingerprint function fails on average every three to five days. The other functions do continue to work. In order to fix the fingerprint function, I have to reinitialize the lock, or on occasion, delete the device and reinstall. It is very annoying.

It works about 30% of the time. The key fobs are the only reliable way. App times out, prints aren't recognized, password is hit or miss. Setting it up to default auto lock at a certain time, forget it. Can't wait to replace these with something reliable, but I'm holding out hope they'll fix the dang thing

Horrible tech support and they tell you things that used to work never worked. I know how to set things up however there was an update and now the service barely works have requested call backs and never received them. Customer service is Horrible I will call Amazon and file a complaint against this company and their locks!
