The product is functional; however, all the functions it provides does not always work on demand. The lock offers a key fob, code, fingerprint, and actual key to access the door. The fingerprint function fails on average every three to five days. The other functions do continue to work. In order to fix the fingerprint function, I have to reinitialize the lock, or on occasion, delete the device and reinstall. It is very annoying.

I just started using this app with a Smart Lock. So far things seem to work OK, except for 2 things: 1. How to stop the lock from sending Bluetooth notifications? 2. How to delete the notification events in the app?

Support is almost non existent. Have contacted support on February 18, 29, 20, 21. received two replays.. Have asked each time how to start pairing mode on locks. Have never received a reply with this answer as installation video and instruction pamphlet are not clear.
