It works about 30% of the time. The key fobs are the only reliable way. App times out, prints aren't recognized, password is hit or miss. Setting it up to default auto lock at a certain time, forget it. Can't wait to replace these with something reliable, but I'm holding out hope they'll fix the dang thing

Its impossible to do simple things like changing the wifi. There's no way at all in the app to switch the wifi and the help page remains blank. The app will constantly tell you that it's offline but will it let you fix it. Piece of junk.

absolutely aweful. you will end up locked out. the app also has to send you a notification EVERYTIME you unlock the door.. and if you aren't logged it it will spam you with all of the stored notifications once you log in...
