About this app

You will always have access to all types of important ERP function with Pocket, in particular, in relation to Employee Self Service. If you use this solution, you must implement the configuration in Profit.

AFAS Pocket is seamlessly integrated with the Profit back office and provides the following options:

Fast insight into open actions and process your tasks and alerts by pressing a button once.
You will always know what is going on in your organisation through the newsfeed.
View the file of the (customer) contact for the most up-to-date information or call them from the app.
Enter hours in relation to the correct project and the accounting will have been completed.
You can enter a claim quickly by using a photo of an invoice or form. You can also claim travelling expenses fast and easily.
Direct insight into your pay slips and annual statements.
Enter your leave days using the Pocket App. You can also see the remaining balance.
Report sickness and recovery through the app so that your manager is informed.

Ratings and reviews

I've experienced terrible applications whole my life but this is another level when it combines with the website. When you open the app you get the code scan screen but where will you scan? There is no information on their website about code scan. Website doesn't support English and when you try to translate with chrome you get error immediately. I've seen much more successful high school student projects than AFAS. I cannot understand why a company decides to use this.

One of the most user unfriendly and disfunctional apps I have ever used for expenses. UX/UI is terrible and it feels like it's made by developers not using it themselves. There really is no love in this product. E.g. declarations don't work without internet, slow, app doesn't save uploaded files when there's an error submitting, no edit possible after submit, no support for foreign currencies (most of my declarations are abroad), frontend looks like a MVP and has 90s html-vibes..

The app is okay for the basic functionality it offers but this low rating is due to a poor user experience. The app is offered in several languages; however, not everything is translated having certain screens in one language with several terms usually in Dutch, as default, instead of a more universal language.
