a nightmare to update the email account to receive tickets. I'm struggling for hours with the technical support online to simply update my email which the user cannot do him/herself. unacceptable.

goal alerts dont work, vant view the most recent goals etc even though all settings are setup correctly

Really weak. Always asks about cookies (even when accepted), always logs you out, always crashing in the middle of purchase. Not intuitive to use, confusing layout, just overall a bad experience, especially since they FORCE you to use the app in order to buy tickets and enter the stadium. How much money they make, for sure they could improve the app.
