was told I need to download the app to purchase tickets to a game but this app is completely worthless! I can never get past the loading screen and I have a brand new Samsung phone. would be nice to have an app that can even barely function.

Really weak. Always asks about cookies (even when accepted), always logs you out, always crashing in the middle of purchase. Not intuitive to use, confusing layout, just overall a bad experience, especially since they FORCE you to use the app in order to buy tickets and enter the stadium. How much money they make, for sure they could improve the app.

I do not want to share all of this information in an app. I feel like this is a severe privacy concern as one flaw could expose a lot of personal information. I get that you want a safe platform and limit the possibility of ticket fraud, but I feel like you could do this differently. The app also really pushes to activate some features like location tracking even though I do not want this. Connection also always times out and I'm logged out frequently.
