About this app

With Atabase Fieldwork, you take your work with you wherever you go. The app brings Cases and Forms together on your phone, so you are no longer tied to a fixed workstation. Everything you need for on-site work is available in a single app.

Your cases at your fingertips
All cases assigned to you are immediately at your fingertips. Open a case and instantly view its details and status. From the detail screen, you can see which tasks are ready and get started right away.

Filling in forms on location
The tasks within a case consist of forms set up by your organisation via Atabase Forms. Start a form from within a case and complete it at your own pace. The app saves everything locally, so you can stop at any time and continue later. This means you never lose work, even if you need to move to a different location in between. Done? Submit the form as final directly from the app.

Creating new cases
You no longer need to return to the office to create a new case. Is there something on-site that needs to be recorded? Complete the relevant form in the app and the case is created immediately in Atabase Cases.

Works without internet
No signal on location? No problem. The app works fully offline. You can view cases, fill in forms, and submit them once you are connected again. Ideal for inspections, checks, and other fieldwork where a stable connection cannot always be guaranteed.
