About this app

In the new BENU app, in addition to your familiar, personal My BENU environment, you will now also find:

- information and advice about medicines, health and care
- services for more personal attention, such as the health check and the walk-in consultation
- all information about our pharmacies in the pharmacy finder

You can use the app without an account for this.

Log in with your existing My BENU account or create an account to gain access to your personal My BENU environment:

- your medication overview always at hand
- order medicines that you have used before
- add medicines to the automatic repeat service of BENU
- change repeat proposals, for example if you still have sufficient stock of a medicine
- insight into the status of your order
- extensive medicine information, the package leaflet and viewing leaflet in multiple languages
- easily send a message to your pharmacy
- quickly and securely log in with facial recognition, fingerprint self-chosen PIN code
- And more.

We will continue to improve our app in the future and add new functions. And of course our pharmacists are always available to provide you with expert advice!

I often face bugs, entering a loop that takes me back to the login button

For 5 months i can't use the app... I tried everything...I went to Benu Apotheek and talked 6 times with different benu farmacists...I sent 2 emails to benu...got no replies...I uninstalled the app/ reinstalled / cleared cache from the app....everything and still i get no help to have the app working.... I log in and can't use it....it says only welkom and the rest it's written in faded gray and cat access nothing....The only option ut gives me is to log out....

Bad app. Why download an app in your phone if you need to fill login and password every time you need to use it? To use the app you need to be online, then it is much simpler to just use the benu website, doing so you don't use phone's memory for the app.
