app keeps telling me to download new version. in playstore the latest version has been downloaded, yet app keeps diverting me. furthermore, caiwai mobile subscriptions are horrible price/value, stay away

Wat een ellende met Ciway Mobiel. Ik zit nu gelukkig in min 2e jaar van mijn abbonement. Ik heb al vanaf het begin problemen met inloggen. Na tussenkomst van de Caiway Hulpdiensten lukt het welgezegd 1KEER om in the loggen met KLANTNUMMER en PASSWORD ( de enige inlog optie) IEDERE KEER DAARNA wordt er niet gevraagd naar het KLANTNUMMER jaja terwijl er om een email wordt gevraagd. antwoord: Email is niet bekend MAAR wel als in inlog voor mijn internet gegeven. Het hele bedrijf slaapt

Sinds 3 dagen geleden weer werkend dat ik kan inloggen in mijn mobiele app of online mobiel. Wel na 50€ over bundel te zijn; ja als je geen inzicht heb..... Nadenken blijven of..... Een aantal maanden nu niet in deze app te kunnen komen. Ook niet in mijn online omgeving. Verder was een hele simpele app probleem is nog in behandeling.
