WHY IT EXISTS

A supermarket shelf makes every bar look the same. The wrapper tells you very little, and the things that matter most — who made it, where the cacao is from, what else went in — are usually in the smallest print on the pack. Chof puts that in front of you while you are standing in the aisle.

The more bars you rate, the better Chof gets at knowing what you like. Your ratings stay yours. There is no feed, no followers and no comments.

Scanning bars, identifying them and browsing the catalogue are free. Chof Premium is an optional subscription that unlocks the deeper bar-detail sections, including ingredient context and detailed insight. The app is fully usable without it.
