About this app

Learning from each other, from your environment, from local entrepreneurs, from travel… We believe in this at Commanderij College. With this app, you'll find all the necessary information and connect directly with the school. Our students learn not only from books (or tablets, laptops, or computers), but also by bringing the outside world in, and vice versa. We call it a "meeting school."

We collaborate with businesses and entrepreneurs in our region, with municipalities, and with primary schools. This ensures that children and young people receive the best possible education and learn from each other and their environment.

Commanderij College is the school where:
• As a student, you transition smoothly from primary to secondary school. We collaborate with primary schools and determine what suits you best.
• Students participate in decisions about what they learn and how they develop.
• As a student, you learn more than just the curriculum. For example, students learn how to plan, organize, and structure effectively. And how they can develop themselves.
• Students learn in a safe environment.
• You meet each other: it's a meeting school.
