The new learning requires more than just developing a training course, a classroom lesson program or an e-learning module. It is important to determine which “interventions” are needed along the way in a learning process (learning 3.0).
Each participant receives a number of learning stimuli in the form of cases or questions on the mobile device (mobile phone or tablet) on the basis of a predefined frequency, for example twice a week, that fit within the curriculum drawn up by the organization or match the quality requirements of a (re)certification or accreditation.
