Babysitting Angels
Reliability and transparency is number one at Charly Cares. For this reason, a babysitter who registers at Charly Cares can only start working as a Babysitting Angel after a personal screening. In order to guarantee the quality of our Babysitters, each parent is required to rate the babysitter and has the possibility to write a review after the babysitter has left. This way we create transparency for parents, our Babysitters and Charly Cares in general.


Every Babysitting Angel has a complete profile where you can find all information and read more about his or her babysitting experience. For example, read more about their experiences with babies, if they are in possession of a Child First Aid certificate or if they like to cook for your kids during after-school hours.

- Last-minute babysitter (up to 3 hours in advance)
- Flexible babysitter (occasionally)
- After school babysitter
- Fixed babysitter (weekly the same babysitter at a fixed moment)

Membership

BASIC - €2,- per month
For those who book a Babysitting Angel once a month or less

FLEXIBLE - €6,- per month
For those who book a Babysitting Angel more than once a month
- 1 month free trial
- €3,- per babysitting booking

PREMIUM - €25,- per month
For parents who book a Babysitting Angel at least 6 times a month (fixed babysitter)
- €0,- per babysitting service

* All memberships can be terminated on a monthly basis

The Babysitting Angel’s hourly rate range between € 5 and € 11 per hour. Depending on age, babysitting experience and there is a difference between day and evening rates. Pay directly via our babysitting timer in the app.

This service is AWESOME!!! the app itself needs a bit if work as it freezes up sometimes on my phone, but dont let that get in the way of how great the nanny/babysitter service is. Their customer service is also amazing. Amber is great and super helpfull. This service saved my 3 week trip to Amsterdam. So grear to show up in a city and have babysitters at your fingertips! and it us VERY reasonably priced! I never write reviews, but had to for this.

For 13.99€ a month I can't see my messages - they are showing randomly every time! Notification says that I received a new message, icon says the same, but I don't have any in the list. Also you can't write a message to an "angel" before she/he confirmed booking, so you have to pay a fee if angel doesn't fit your expectations and you need to cancel booking.

Since the last update I have had nothing but issues. 1) The log in page takes several attempts before it lets me go into the app. It keeps reloading the log in page. 2)At the end of an appointment I stop the timer, recieve a confirmation but the timer always still continues. if I keep stopping the timer I incur multiple charges. 3) If I cancel a booking the timer still starts so booking is not really cancelled. Never had these issues before the last update. Please fix!
