About this app

With DN Ticket, you always have your tickets at hand, and staff at the gate will continue scanning if the network fails for a moment.

FOR VISITORS

You do not need an account or a password. Enter the email address you used to purchase the tickets; you will receive a code via email, and then your tickets will appear in the app.

- All your tickets in one place, even from multiple orders
- The code is displayed prominently; the screen automatically switches to full brightness so the scanner can read it
- Works even without coverage at the entrance, because your tickets are stored on your device
- Previous events remain saved under Previous Events
- You remain logged in for thirty days

FOR STAFF AND ORGANIZATIONS

Scan at the gate using your phone's camera or the built-in 2D scanner of a handheld scanner. - Scan admission tickets, parking passes, and other tickets
- Scanning continues even without signal; the scans will be processed automatically later
- Pay at the cashier without logging in again
- Report from the gate: battery low, cards running low, card terminal empty, or assistance needed
- Log in with a QR login card, so no need to type a password on a handheld scanner

DN Ticket combines ticket sales and access control in an app.

What’s new

Scanning now checks with the server first, falling back to the device when there is no signal. With more than one event you pick one from a list, and that choice is remembered. New while scanning: full details, reporting a ticket, approving anyway and unscan for re-entry. The test barcode now works without a signal too.
