About this app

With the MijnDSW app you can view and arrange everything about your healthcare insurance at DSW yourself.

After activating the MyDSW app you have a direct view of:
• your insurance(s)
• your healthcare costs and reimbursements
• the state of the deductible
• paid and outstanding bills
• digital mail

In addition, with the MijnDSW app you can easily:
• declare healthcare costs by taking a photo of the bill in the app or by uploading the digital bill
• pay outstanding bills with iDEAL
• pass on changes to your insurance or personal details

Care card
With the MijnDSW app you always have your digital healthcare card in your pocket, even without an internet connection!

Activation of the app
Activate the app by logging in once with DigiD. Then choose how you want to log in in the future; for example with a pin code or fingerprint.

Leave feedback in the app
We are continuously working on improving and expanding our app. The opinion of our policyholders is very important in this regard. Share your experiences and tips via 'Give your opinion' in the app.

Ratings and reviews

Please add English as an option. It's international language. Not only people knowing dutch use it. Health insurance app is something that everyone needs from day one in the Netherlands while probably learning the language and learning dutch takes time, it's not an easy language for most of us.

Can't show health card without logging in with DigiD. That's really crazy when something happens abroad and you need it to receive help. What is the risk assessment here? If you can unlock a phone you can't see the card but if you find someone's wallet you can? Makes no sense.

How are people using this app? It doesn't even allow user to login. I have reinstalled several times and the same issue.
