The Elseco Service Book app is designed for lift owners.

This Elseco Service Book app monitors and manages your real technical activities around your elevator. Elevator maintenance, elevator repair, elevator inspection, elevator renovations are all recorded and analyzed insight through the app. This results in clear key performance indicators that helps improve the overall service level of your elevator and simultaneously reduces the cost of the elevator.

With Elseco Service Facebook app, you create a list of your elevator installations where all concerned parties elevator (maintenance, approval authority, consultant, Reparative / renovation business etc) to contribute. This creates a consistent and transparent data on an "independently". Data you can trust.

Slim lift maintenance based on the number of trips made makes Elseco Service Book app possible. It is also possible with the app-critical elevator components based on use for preventive replacement. This leads to less downtime and higher availability elevator.
