Super happy with Engie and this qpp for many years now. Recently the slimladen function was added. Quite a nice feature . However, I cannot change the laadschema, e.g. I cannot set how much to directly charge. The app crashes or goes back to homepage. Seems like a half tested feature was added. When will this be fixed?

Hallo Arin, We hebben een nieuwe versie van de app uitgebracht. Zou je de app willen updaten naar versie 5.26.2 ? Deze versie zou de problemen die je ervaart moeten oplossen. When the app works it is usually giving important figures of my daily gas and electricity usage, which is good. However, I have noticed now for two days in a row it is showing me the same figure for gas and electricity which does seem to be correct. Also there are times when the app would not report anything for days, even weeks which ruins it for me when I want to track and compare my usage for longer peroids. ENGIE please improve on these points.

Hello Evans, we are sorry to read that you are missing usage in the app. Sometimes a malfunction makes it impossible for us to read out your meter and calculate the usage.
