I'm new to Engie and the app. Since maybe two months. I haven't seen the app working properly since I have it. I guess this says it all. The provider is good, but the app is not. It doesn't even communicate the correct contribution. I changed it, and it's still collecting the former amount. At least, there's a message in the app. UPDATE: Thanks for your reply, but I don't want to call your hotline. It might be busy and I have to wait long. Just fix the app as I'm sure I'm not the only one

App with a lot of bureaucracy. If you have not logged in for two days you have to login again. And no it's not entering your user name and password. They will send you an email and you have to walk through their steps which takes you 30 min. Never experienced something this ridiculous.

Since ENGIE moved to their 'new system', it's been hell on earth for their customers. It's one problem after another! Random KWh prices, login hell, random wipe of login info, sync failures etc etc! This is a horrible app now. Totally useless!
