Experience Guide enables municipalities and care providers to collect client experiences in a new way. They can create questionnaires, send them out and view the results in real time via the Experience Indicator web application. With the development of the application, the number of ways of requesting information has been expanded. An additional way that suits the client's experience.
This application is specially designed for tablets and touchscreens.
The web application and the application are linked. This means that municipalities and healthcare providers can log in with the same account. Once logged in, a questionnaire can be selected to submit to a client. The questionnaire restarts automatically as soon as it is completed and this makes it possible to continuously involve clients in the survey. The results are processed automatically and are visible in the web application.
