App is good, but I hope there will be an option to change the language, at least to English. Currently, the app is entirely in Dutch, which makes it difficult to use for non-Dutch speakers.

Just to transfer to other company they block and hide my history and all bills I can't see how my i need money to return to me. Why? and because I am a client from 9 years they need to let me pay a Fine to adjust my contract to be aligned with the market price. and the lose 1 customer because of this matter. Why? losing 1 customer means losing long strategy. About to call the customer service its not professional reply Sir. You should raise a claim and investigate. Awaiting call from Yr CR.

The app is not working most of the time , it is so poor in total, compare to the apps of two other major companies, for me it doesn't show the daily usage price also, only monthly it keeps loging out by itself. The developers should try more on presentation, stability and etc. Uninstalled it, you easily can use website, because the app is absolute useless
