About this app

You can arrange all your energy matters yourself in the Essent app. Check your usage and adjust your installment amount if necessary. This way you keep control of your costs. And do you have any questions? Ask them directly to our chatbot Robin.

A quick overview of the functionalities:

* Insight into your consumption

You can see your consumption per day, per month and per year at a glance. You also see the costs of your consumption per month and per year.

* Easy to arrange yourself

You can easily adjust your personal information, such as password, email address and telephone number. And you can view your monthly invoices and annual accounts in the app.

Ratings and reviews

App is good, but I hope there will be an option to change the language, at least to English. Currently, the app is entirely in Dutch, which makes it difficult to use for non-Dutch speakers.

The app is not working most of the time , it is so poor in total, compare to the apps of two other major companies, for me it doesn't show the daily usage price also, only monthly it keeps loging out by itself. The developers should try more on presentation, stability and etc. Uninstalled it, you easily can use website, because the app is absolute useless

A fine app, without too many issues usually. Just tried the chat function and it doesn't work: it asks for my permission to store the chat but when I click on "agree" it does nothing. Also, I have a feature request/suggestion for the app: please show the daily/monthly average temperature in the same graph as the gas and electricity consumption. This will make usage patterns much clearer

• In de verbruiksgrafiek zien klanten nu gemakkelijk hun kosten per uur voor gas en stroom.
• Algemene verbeteringen en diverse bugfixes.
