About this app

The Individual Learning and Development Platform (i-LOP) is an initiative within the Dutch construction sector, aimed at improving safety and strengthening the learning capacity of employees. The platform enables organisations and employees to manage learning objectives in a central location, track progress and gain access to relevant certificates, instructions and checklists.

With i-LOP, both companies and individuals can easily meet project and organisation-related safety requirements. Via the platform, users can view certificates, follow safety training and gain insight into their personal development path. In addition, the platform offers functionalities for project managers and safety coordinators to record requirements, monitor progress and ensure the employability of employees.

i-LOP thus contributes to a safer working environment, stimulates continuous development and supports the sector in realising a professional and future-proof construction site.
