With Fenlio, you can stay in direct contact with your accountant, send messages, and securely share files or attachments. Additionally, you can view outstanding inquiries and checklist items, answer them, and supplement them with documents or extra information.

This ensures that questions, answers, documents, and actions remain centrally available, eliminating the need to search through individual emails, WhatsApp messages, or other communication channels.

With Fenlio, you can:

For accountants and employees

Accountants can follow up on inquiries, view AI checks, respond to outstanding items, add notes, and approve inquiries directly from the app. For clients

Clients can easily see via the app which information or documents are still needed. Documents can be uploaded and additional information provided for a query, allowing the accountant to proceed immediately.

Existing Fenlio account required

Fenlio is intended for clients, employees, and accountants who use an existing Fenlio environment. To use the app, you need an active Fenlio account linked to an administration.

Fenlio helps accountants and entrepreneurs collaborate faster, avoid disjointed communication, and always maintain an overview of outstanding queries, checklist items, and shared documents.

What’s new

Nieuw in deze update:

• Afbeeldingen en PDF-bestanden worden nu veilig binnen Fenlio weergegeven.
• Via Instellingen kun je de weergavestijl en taal van de app aanpassen.
• Je kunt nu vanuit de app je wachtwoord wijzigen.
• Je kunt een bericht meenemen in je reactie door het betreffende bericht naar rechts te slepen.

Daarnaast bevat deze update diverse verbeteringen voor de stabiliteit en gebruiksvriendelijkheid van de app.
