Recording work orders by voice instead of writing them out.

After the last job, the van is already packed up, and the work order still needs to be processed. With Fieldkeep, you record it by voice: what you did, who was involved, and which machines and materials went in. The app processes your story into a complete work order, checks what is still missing, and the planner sees it immediately.

FOR THE EMPLOYEE
• One button. Recording takes as long as you need, in your own words.

• No form: what is missing is checked afterwards with yes, no, or I don't know.

• Photos with the work order and a customer signature on the screen.

• Works without signal. The recording is on your phone and automatically deletes as soon as the connection is restored. A work order that doesn't arrive is never silently discarded.

• Your own work orders from the past two weeks, and your hours for this week.

• Check off at the van what needs to be taken along, and report with a single tap what is out of stock. FOR THE PLANNER

• Receive every work order, review it, and correct it line by line on a single screen.

• The work order as a PDF in your own branding, ready to be emailed directly to the client.

• Weekly agenda, monthly calendar, and a shift roster where you drag and drop jobs.

• Reschedule jobs with available hours included before you select them, multiple at once, and with a twenty-second reversal time.

• Annual planning: 52 weeks of staffing, so you can see where there is still room for more work and where things are getting too full.

• The list of jobs for which no work order was received, ensuring no work remains unpaid.

• Hours per week, a CSV for payroll administration, and an export for Exact Online, e-Boekhouden, and GroenVision.

Create an image of what you are going to make from a photo of your client: the same garden in a different style, the same facade in a different color, or something you describe yourself. You specify what can be removed and what must remain. For the conversation at the kitchen table, where such an image carries more weight than a quote. The downloaded file itself carries text stating that it is an impression and not a final design, so that your client does not create false expectations.

Made with and for landscapers, and equally usable in construction, painting, installation technology, and civil engineering. When setting up, you choose your trade and receive a starting list of machines and materials that belong to it.

THE TEAM'S OWN WORDS
Does the team call the shredder "the shred"? Record that once and the app will understand it from then on. Items not yet in the list are never silently added, but are marked so the planner can see them.

PRIVACY
Speech and text are processed within the EU. The app never asks for your location. It contains no advertisements, no trackers, and no third-party analytics. Recordings are automatically deleted after the retention period you set yourself; the default is 90 days.
