Have you experienced sexual street harassment? Or have you witnessed it happening to someone else? With the StopApp from the Municipality of Rotterdam, you can now report it easily, safely, and anonymously.
Through tips, stories, and tools, you’ll also learn what you can do to help build a safer Rotterdam together.

By reporting sexual street harassment, we can better understand the issue and identify where it happens most often.
If you leave your contact details, we’ll get in touch with you and offer a free self-defense training. Of course, your information will be handled with the utmost care.

The StopApp:

- Quickly, safely, and anonymously reports sexual street harassment.
Sends your location and details anonymously to the Municipality of Rotterdam.
- Asks for a few details about the incident to help us with accurate analysis.
- Helps us map out hotspots and times when harassment occurs.
- Offers the reporter a free self-defense training. In short, your report can make a difference. Together we're working towards a safer Rotterdam.
