About this app

HapClub makes eating together in your student house, club, or group of friends effortless. No more messages back and forth about who’s cooking, who’s joining for dinner, and who still needs to pay. It’s all in one app.

**How it works**
• The cook announces what’s on the menu tonight.
• Everyone chooses before the deadline: **I’m in, Not home, or +1 guest.**
• Once the deadline passes, the headcount is final, so the cook knows exactly how many people to shop for.
• The cook enters the costs and HapClub automatically splits them fairly, down to the cent.
• Settle up with a single tap via Tikkie. HapClub never processes payments itself. We simply keep track of who still owes what.

• Set up a regular dinner night with a cooking schedule that rotates automatically, and swap turns whenever you need to.
• A balance for each person showing who is owed money and who still needs to pay, with a clear overview chart.
• Your cooking-to-eating ratio: see at a glance whether you’re doing your fair share.
• Join multiple groups at once. Live in a student house and belong to a club? Switch between them with a single tap.

**Simple and privacy-friendly**
• No more than two reminders per meal, and only if you haven’t responded yet.
• Anonymous, optional statistics. You can turn them off at any time, and the app works perfectly without them.
