About this app

With HomeWizard Climate you can control your climate devices from your smartphone. Including Smart Tower Fan, Smart Glass Panel Heater and Smart Dehumidifier. Scheduling the devices to turn off during your sleep. If you forget to turn it off when you leave home, no problem, check on your app and turn it off with just a single tap on the screen.

Ratings and reviews

Completely ineffective. You have to close and re-open the app 10-20 times and it's a complete gamble whether it's going to establish a connection between the App and the radiator. This leaves me regularly unable to turn on or turn off the radiator, which defeats the entire purpose of the app, and the 'smart' panel heater. Tried clearing caches, reinstalling, re-setting up the radiators and still get the same inconsistent connectivity. Not very good, wish I'd spent my money elsewhere.

I wouldn't call the app useless, but it could be better. It took 3 attempts to set up the WiFi. I can't access my heating while at work, or away from the house. The timer needs to be changed for actual times on and off so it can be programmed, or at least I have not found if you can. I've only got 2 heaters on at the moment so hope it can cope with all 8 when the house is renovated.

The whole remote connection function is just an advertising thing! Doesn't work at all. Tested it with both Android and iOS and wasn't able to make the fan connected to the WiFi access point. Reached customer service and couldn't get any help and after a while they stopped answering me! Don't recommend it at all. There are better products in the market!
