My experience with the online service is very bad, they told me that the order would take 3-5 days, it has been more than 7 days now and the order has not arrived, when I contacted the customer service to find out when the order will arrive they told me that they cannot give me an appointment and I have to wait. Very bad.

It's a great concept and a nice opportunity to offer customers a discount, but it's often not very practical or obvious to customers that they need the app in order to claim the discount. The app also logs out after a certain amount of time which then puts customers, especially elderly folks, in an awkward position where they have to log in or reset their password at the counter. Like I said, great concept, but I belive it could be much more user-friendly.

Hallo Sanne, dank je wel voor je reactie. De reden dat de app na een bepaalde tijd uitlogt heeft te maken met het niveau van beveiliging dat we aanhouden. Daardoor logt de app inderdaad uit en moet je opnieuw inloggen. Wanneer je het lastig vindt, dan helpen we je graag via onze service desk of staan de collega's in de winkel klaar om te helpen.

I have purchased some things from the store, using my Praxis Plus qr code. However, the app does not show the receipts of those purchases. According to the customer service, only if you are logged in during the purchase then the orders end up in the purchase history, which does not make sense because an order is an order. If other apps can make it, then this app should also make it. I think this is a clear bug that needs to be solved.
