The app doesn't allow screenshots (?) I bought tickets for my family and could not transfer them in any way. No refunds either, when you choose the refund button it just says the link is broken.

Does not update with line closures, so you can buy tickets for trains that are not running. Completely unacceptable. This app is useless if it is not accurate with what lines are actually active.

I think a very good addition for the app would be to see the zones separation when you click on a certain tram route (in Departures). People have subscriptions for certain zones but except for the maps in the tram stops, there is no good online map or list (at least, I could not find it). There is a map that I found on the website but you have to check yourself on google maps the name of the tram stop where the zone changes.
