Ratings and reviews

First of all, they illegally take money from your credit card for validation despite this it is NOT specified in their sales conditions. Even worse, when you call a cab, they want to charge the full amount to your card even before the cab arrives. What if the guy never shows? This company's practices are not ok. Don't bother using the app

Happy to have discovered this app and can only recommend it. * you can chose your destination on the map or via adress * the prices are fair (same or even cheaper than uber) * very good professional taxi drivers

Although the prices are good, there is a long wait time for taxis, which can be 30-40 mins even. Would hope we can track the taxi after booking is confirmed rather than having to endlessly wait.
