About this app

PassPoint is the registration app for volunteers and team members of Sport for Others.

During the event, you will be stationed at a PassPoint along the route. With this app, you record who passes by: by scanning the QR code on the race number, by having a participant's Bluetooth tag automatically recognized, or by looking up the participant by name or race number. WHAT THE APP DOES

- Register participants via QR code, Bluetooth tag, or manually
- Automatically scan Bluetooth tags so you don't miss anyone at a busy station
- Works without signal: registrations are saved on your phone and sent as soon as a connection is re-established
- Confirms with GPS that you are at the correct station
- Report a participant's dropout or withdrawal
- A built-in manual for everything you need on the day

FOR TEAM MEMBERS

- Live overview of where participants are located and when they are expected
- Manage and correct participants and time registrations
- Review reports and requests from volunteers

AN ACCOUNT IS REQUIRED

PassPoint only works with an account that you receive from the Sport for Others organization. You cannot log in without that account. If you are a volunteer or team member and do not yet have login details, please contact your contact person within the organization. CONSENT

The app requests access to your camera for scanning QR codes, to nearby devices for recognizing Bluetooth tags, and to your location to confirm that you are at the correct post. Your location is not tracked or stored as a route. See the privacy statement at sportforothers.app/privacy.
