It's nicely laid out, works smoothly, I love that I can add pictures and create sub folders. But there are problems. I created a folder, then created a sub folder within that one. Within the sub folder I was able to create notes just fine. But when you long press on that same red button and choose "checklist" it isn't put in the sub folder, it ends up in the main list of notes on the main screen. In addition, when I try to attach a photo when I'm in a sub folder it opens up my camera. The only way you can access your gallery is by creating a note and clicking the camera button along the top. Also, when I'm in a folder I'd love to be able to add a sub folder from that screen. Right now you can only add sub folders by choosing "Manage Notebooks" from the main navigation. I love the dark theme, but I'd love to be able to change the blue along the top. Nice app otherwise!!
I've been personally using "InkPad Notepad" for.years now and.while there's absolutely nothing with the app, I was really something more. And somehow as my.luck would have it I stumble across "Notes". •If you wanna keep all your notes safe and secure with a lock to.your desire, I recommend this app. •If you wanna be able to print out your work through a printer then I suggest you use.this app. •If somehow you forget to synchronize your work this app automatically does.it for you. It's awesome and it's brilliant, look no further then app.
This is a nice app but there are a few things that could be improved. First, I have a feature suggestion. It would be helpful if you make it possible for us to create sub-notes. For example, I may have a note titled 'dogs'. Then I decide to create several sub-notes under this note about different dog breeds. Sub-notes could also be useful for those who want to use this app for writing. For example, the notebook would represent an entire story, the main notes could represent volumes in that story, and the sub-notes can represent the chapters. In addition to this, I wish we could drag the notes to rearrange them. My next suggestions have to do with improving existing features. First, when you're creating a note, you have to save it first and then go back to it in order to add a picture or turn it into a checklist. Plus, you cannot add more than one picture to a note. When you do add a picture, you can't move the picture or text around as you need it to be. These limitations can cause some inconvenience and I think they should be improved.
Bug or...? Dragging selected word(s) to another line is not acceptable after a few updates before. It might be my keyboard or the Notes itself. It's annoying, but it doesn't steal any star this app deserves.
The Only Note App to Have! The awesomeness of Notes is its simplicity. Nice smooth Material design, notebooks (folders) to categorize my notes, and the ability to backup/sync with a Dropbox account. Now add a picture to your note. Notes is indispensable.
Is there a limit on how many notes you can have to back up? I have over 1000 on here after using the app for a long time and the app crashes when I attempt to make a back up. It prompts me to back up and I can't.
Have things to do? Create a checklist by tapping and holding the big red 'create note' button!
