About this app

DigiPaard is currently only available as a beta version. This means that the app is still under development and certain features may not work properly yet.

DigiPaard is the digital horse passport. With DigiPaard you always and everywhere have the passport data of your horse easily at hand. With DigiPaard, store all data about your horse in one place and share it with the other owners, riders and the location holder of your horse.

Register your horse with DigiPaard in four simple steps. If you want to register your horse, keep your horse's paper horse passport at hand!
1). Via DigiPaard you can look up your horse in the RVO database;
2). Select a role that best describes your connection to the horse. You can choose from the roles owner, rider or location holder;
3). Complete the details of your horse;
4). Take pictures of the paper horse passport.

We ensure that your horse gets its own digital horse passport in the DigiPaard app.

Is your horse already known to us? Then you simply make a connection with the horse by looking it up in our database. Choose a role with which you want to make a connection and take a photo of the identification page from the paper horse passport. Are you no longer the owner of your horse? Then you can easily transfer your connection to another person. Send an invitation to the new owner via DigiPaard to transfer your connection.

Do you sometimes forget to vaccinate your horse? When digitizing your horse's vaccination history, you enter how often you vaccinate your horse and when you want to receive a reminder for a new vaccination. You will automatically receive a notification when your horse needs a new vaccination. This way you can have your horse vaccinated on time by your vet. This way you protect your horse against contagious equine diseases in time.

If your horse has received a new vaccination, don't forget to digitize it at DigiPaard! To do this, go to your horse's digital passport and click on the three dots at the top right. Select 'Add vaccine'. Take a photo of the last vaccination added to the equine passport and set up your notification. We ensure that the latest vaccination is digitized.

When digitizing your horse's vaccinations, we check the vaccination history based on the General Competition Regulations of the KNHS. Is something wrong in your horse's vaccination history? Then we will inform you about this. This way you can go well prepared for competition.

Do you find it difficult to register horses that are stabled with you at the RVO? Simply link your RVO account to DigiPaard and arrange everything in the app. First go to www.mijnrvo.nl and arrange your authorization. You can then go to RVO in DigiPaard and enter your RVO customer number. Everything is now arranged to easily and quickly keep track of your RVO administration via DigiPaard. Register and deregister horses at your location within a few minutes via DigiPaard. These arrival and departure notifications are automatically passed on to the RVO. Via DigiPaard you keep track of the temporary movements of the horses in your stable. On the UBN page of your location you can easily register horses as guests at your location or, if a horse is temporarily not staying at your location, report this horse as absent. You can see at a glance which horses are home, away and guests. This way you have your RVO administration digitally in one place and quickly at hand when checked.
