"The app is Rinus part of KNVB ASSIST, developed the knowledge platform for all (youth) trainers in the Netherlands. It contains exercises, workouts and more week programs.

You can visit this platform for help with preparing your workouts. Whether you are first going to coach a team and accompany or are already in possession of a diploma KNVB.
See more than 200 unique exercises categorized by age, training, number of players and goal.

- Find among one of the 80 concrete examples of training sessions per age group, including sample animation.

- Choose from one of 15 more weeks programs that have been developed for each age group.

- Learn more about coaching and managing a team, training and competition throughout the season. "
