This app is Riddled with issues... I've never been able to get the sound to play through my headphones, most of the time the sound comes out of the phone speaker meaning it is very quiet. So I can barely hear the therapist and cannot have a fully private conversation at all. I've changed all the settings in app and phone to no luck. Now the most recent update won't keep me signed in! Even with the "Keep signed in button" selected, despite trying to clear cache etc.

I used a free session and I wasn't impressed. In those 25 minutes, the therapist took 5 just to introduce themselves and the session felt very shallow. With the latest announcement that sessions are increased to 50 mins but for double the price, I won't be coming back. £90 for an online 50 min session is crazy, especially when you can see specialists in person for less. If I do not connect with the therapist in that one hour, boom there goes my £90 away.

Interesting concept! Luckily in the Netherlands they go through the ducth medical system which regulates basic mental health to a certain degree but the short session are a bit useless to be honest. I almost finished the 12 sessions allocated and have to say I don't feel the progress. I think you need to make sure at first that cognitive behaviour therapy is the thing for you. As the app goes it's lacking a massive feature and that is the ability to use Bluetooth headset. Which is a big minus.
