Worst ever platform: meant to take away stress but gives more stress. Their tech team is not able to resolve basic ever login issues. They need weeks to resolve the same. The do not have a basic function like sharing the notes with your therapist and they expect the patient to pass the notes to them. They don't understand the concept that therapy is "confidential" business. They are just here for money and to create more stress in your life.

Interesting concept! Luckily in the Netherlands they go through the ducth medical system which regulates basic mental health to a certain degree but the short session are a bit useless to be honest. I almost finished the 12 sessions allocated and have to say I don't feel the progress. I think you need to make sure at first that cognitive behaviour therapy is the thing for you. As the app goes it's lacking a massive feature and that is the ability to use Bluetooth headset. Which is a big minus.

This is instant simplified therapy, not holistic. My counselling psychologist explained the sessions are 25 mins and more intense with homeworks. Whereas I experienced they were merely shorter and more shallow - almost like seeing a GP for a really thorough appointment, but not getting down to any root causes. Granted I only had the one session (I had a discount and the short waiting time - just 2 hours! - was a great bonus). But at £45 for a 25 min session I won't be coming back.
