About this app

Navenant Backstage is the private, internal app of music association Navenant Helmond. The app is intended exclusively for our current members, substitutes, alumni, and committee members — public registration is not possible. Everything in the app remains within our association.

For members:

• Marching Booklet always at hand — view the sheet music on your phone, add notes, take the marching route with you.

• Insight into events, rehearsals, and performances with attendance tracking.

• Wardrobe overview of your own uniform and issuance; easily request a replacement.

• Tuner (chromatic tuner) for on the go.

• Push notifications for important changes to the schedule or sheet music.

For committee members:

• Library with all songs, parts, and arrangements (music committee).

• Clothing management: stock, assignments, and request inbox (clothing committee).

• Management of members, events, and activities (board).

Access to Navenant Backstage is granted by the board as part of the membership. Logging in is done via a personal magic link at the email address registered by the secretariat. We do not share data with third parties other than the technical service providers required to run the app.
