With the My Novens app you have 24/7 mobile access to your own digital file for consulting annual accounts, tax returns, permanent data and for approving tax returns. Moreover, you can exchange information with your accountant safely and quickly. You will receive useful push notifications when there are promotions for you.
Approve documents such as tax returns and annual accounts in just a few seconds. These can then be sent directly to, for example, the Tax Authorities or Chamber of Commerce. You will receive a push notification if you can approve a document.
After entering the login details and, if necessary, additional verification, choose a personal PIN code and use TouchID (fingerprint) or FaceID (facial recognition) to log in from now on. This way your information is kept safe and you don't have to remember a password.
In the My Novens app you can see the contact details of your accounting or administration firm. Including branch location on the map to plan the route.
If you want to use the My Novens app, you need login details, which you can request from your contact person within Novens.
Important: when activating the My Novens app, we ask you whether you want to receive push notifications if an action is required from you. Make sure you agree to this when activating the My Novens app.
If you have access to multiple companies, you can immediately access all the functionality for these companies after logging in. You may not see or have access to certain parts of the My Novens app. This may depend on the modules and information available to you.
