Service by telephone is stellar, but the Odido App and its IT services need more work. I'm unable to bind my contract information to my account through the app nor web. I'm unable to claim pre-paid credit for the sign-up bonus. I need to phone support for the most basic interaction I want to do across multiple contracts. I don't mind dialing, but this shows that self-service with the Odido app is outright IMPOSSIBLE. If it works, great. If not, you'll join the phone queue with others.

Terrible way to handle a company name change. No communication at all, and suddenly I'm surprised to find some unwanted app on my phone. After some digging only to discover it is actually a buggy, slow and less functional replacement for the t-mobile app.

cannot see anywhere my current mobile usage status contrary to the tele2 app functionality opposite odido app. This app has rrgretfully non-intuitive layout and formatting. Need of professional with intuitive prgramming capsbilities is eminent to make a solid and intuitive and user friendly app instead....where customers like me can feel happy
