What’s the worth for an app if can’t make a simple operation in it and as a result end up paying extras (for nothing)? Added after looks like a standard response of Odido: All together it took from 10th Oct 2025 and will last till Jan 2026. When after check on app, I finally visited an Odido shop, then still made three phone calls, plus few more searches for a function on the app. As a result I am still charged at least 50€ extra.

A new data bundle is only possible to get while you are on-line and after previous bundle is fully used. But.. then you are not on-line anymore. Who invented this???
