One of the most frustrating experiences I've had while trying to do paperwork. It took me almost 10 attempts, each time with it hanging and not continuing, then telling me I'm blocked and forcing me to start over. At the end, the amount of information it sends is pretty shocking, although this could just be my real estate agent asking for more data than they actually need. It is not clear whether Ockto normally collects this amount of information.

Not possible to use DigiD app, then unnecessary clicks needed between the different sites to get data from. Does not work over VPN . Eventually, transmission of data is marked as successful in the app but as unsuccessful at the receiving party - without ability to retransmit. I have been through the whole excruciating process twice without succes. It would have been faster to just collect the data myself and also safer - no app in the middle with access to everything.

I can't scan a QR code from another app, only from the camera, which means I need to have multiple phones, or a separate phone and laptop. The direct link simply opens up Google Play, even though the app is already installed and opened. There is NO way whatsoever to transfer the session into Ockto, without using multiple devices. The sole purpose of this app is supposed to be to improve the UX...: mission failed, dudes.
