This app doesn't work. It crashes on startup, and just gives a generic "something has gone wrong" error message. I've contacted their support department, but after about a month I've yet to receive anything but emails asking for my personal details (which have no bearing on the issue), and no solution of any kind. I'm considering moving to an insurer that has a working app, and actually takes complaints seriously. Steer clear of this one. EDIT (version 6.2.0): The problem still persists.

Tried to upload the invoice from the doctor, a pop-up appears: chose your attachment. Not an active link, I cannot select anything. I go to the website and that button works but I can only attach from my pictures folder. I happen to have a pdf in my downloaded folder that I cannot access. I guess I will have to print it and then take a picture, for now I gave up.

Using email and password to login is cumbersome, PIN would be much better. I have never been able to adjust the photo of the declaration to send as all I can see is a black screen. When sending the declaration fails you get no message as to why it failed, it must have
