Ratings and reviews

This app doesn't work. It crashes on startup, and just gives a generic "something has gone wrong" error message. I've contacted their support department, but after about a month I've yet to receive anything but emails asking for my personal details (which have no bearing on the issue), and no solution of any kind. I'm considering moving to an insurer that has a working app, and actually takes complaints seriously. Steer clear of this one. EDIT (version 6.2.0): The problem still persists.

Once again today, I was helped and advised by a most pleasant customer service gentleman, named Pascal 🤗, from the 'Pet Insurance' Dept. For me OHRA is a good, reliable and most efficient insurance company. If I could choose freely, I would have all my insurances at OHRA - that much faith I have in them!! They take but they give back too and that's a Win-Win I love in life in any given situation! Keep it Up!!
