About this app

With the updated ONVZ app, you have access to your health insurance anytime, anywhere. View your declarations and invoices, or submit a new declaration quickly and easily. You can also manage your data and receive messages in the ONVZ app. For your safety, a one-time activation is required. After that, you always have access to the app with your own PIN code or your fingerprint.

With the ONVZ app you can:

• quickly and easily declare your care bills
• view all your declarations and invoices in one overview
• view the status of the processing of your claims
• view the current state of the deductible for you and your co-insured(s)
• contact us easily
• pay your invoice directly via iDeal
• manage and change data
• receive messages from ONVZ
• ask your question to an employee via chat

Whenever you quickly change views, for example checking out another app such as the browser, the whole ONVZ app resets to the home screen, and you have to log in. Anything you've been doing is lost. Terrible and shameful that they did such an amazingly bad job. Edit: got a reply after more than 8 months. A joke.

The app was made more customer friendly with the addition of the possibility to add a pdf and the take out of filling in the invoice number and amount (which as anyway included in the document). It takes 1 min to send an invoice through. Great job!

A disaster. At this moment it does nothing right. Not the code, not Digid. Not good now..!!
