Not every healthcare client can indicate how he is doing. For this vulnerable group, this app is an excellent tool to give carers insight into the well-being and well-being of their clients.

The personal dashboard of the client contains photos that provide background information about the person, such as a photo "this is me" and photos of family members, pets and interests.

Short video registrations can be linked to a matrix of focus areas and values, to which the caregivers can then respond. On the dashboard you can immediately see which messages have recently been added.
