The Toolbox app provides digital support for a toolbox meeting. No more paper clutter, so the focus can truly be on engaging in conversation. This is how the Toolbox app makes our work just that little bit easier.

A toolbox meeting is the short work consultation regarding safety, quality, and working methods held on location or in the workshop. The app brings the topic, attendance, and signing together in one place.

HOW IT WORKS
When someone hosts a toolbox meeting, they select the topic from the library and start the meeting. The app generates a four-digit code. Everyone joining enters that code, reads through the topic, and signs on the screen. The organizer sees live who is present and who has already signed, and closes the meeting as soon as everyone is finished. No more lists that need to be typed or scanned afterwards.

WHAT YOU CAN DO WITH IT
• Host a meeting with a topic from the library, including a PDF to review together. • Join a meeting using the code you receive on-site.

• Sign digitally on your phone or tablet.

• Add colleagues without the app or employees of a contractor, including their name, email address, and company.

• Review which meetings you have attended and how many are still to come this year.

• As a manager, see how your team is performing on the dashboard.

ON THE CONSTRUCTION SITE AND IN THE WORKSHOP
The app is designed for quick use with working hands and a small screen: large buttons, few steps, and unlocking via facial recognition or fingerprint.

LOG IN
The Toolbox app is intended for business use within Optiworks and the organizations that collaborate with it. You sign in using your own organization's work account (Microsoft Entra ID). If you do not have a work account, you cannot use the app; ask your manager or your organization's administrator for access.
