About this app

With the Konnect OuderApp you get more insight into what your child experiences during a day care. The OuderApp contributes to better parent communication between parent and employee in a safe environment. Through the timeline you can see the photos and the report of the day in one store. In the Inbox you can read the messages from the group and you can also send a message yourself. You also have insight into the agenda and you can read the news items and newsletters.
 
To use the OuderApp, your childcare organization must be affiliated with Konnect. You also need a user name and password, which you will receive through your childcare organization. If your children receive childcare at different daycare organizations that are affiliated with Konnect, it is easy to switch between the different accounts.

Ratings and reviews

From a parent perspective: Excellent app. Though it probably depends on how it is used by the caretakers. Easy to manage dates and request extra days etc. Also very nice to keep up to date of anything happening at school. And a good place to see pictures of your child having fun, especially if they make photos every day. The "review our app" functionality was (and still is?) broken so that might explain a lack of reviews here in the app store. I had to go here manually to leave a review.

Works okay, can be improved - though zooming in on a picture is possible, I often cannot zoom in where I actually want to look more closely, when I try moving to that location it moves back to the middle. I first need to download that picture to be able to do that. - option to write a message : who gets to see that message? Other parents? Only teachers? Not clear.

Looks decent now compared to old app. But still there are few things which is harder for users. Downloading photos is a plus but keeping all the photos together is helpful. Otherwise we need to scroll down endless to download old photos. Also there is no option to download videos yet. Good progress, hope it gets even better.
