With the PickUP App from Vandaglas B.V. it will be possible for customers and other users of our bokken to report empty bokken. This can be done by means of the customer data known to us (login) and without a login. The advantage of reporting empty by means of the customer data (login) is that a lot of data is pre-filled. This makes reporting empty a lot faster. If you press 'Request access' on the opening screen after entering your details, a validation email will be sent to your (or that of your relation's) general email address and your access request will be assessed.
