Pluggo is the marketplace where neighbors share their home charging stations.
Owners set their own prices, bookers pay via iDEAL or Apple/Google Pay, and owners receive payment directly to their IBAN. No charging card, no subscription, no network in between.
How it works
For station owners: add your charging station, set your price, and determine when it is available to neighbors. With every booking, you receive payment automatically to your IBAN.
For EV drivers: find a nearby station on the map, book a time slot, stop by, and charge your car. No charging card, no subscription, no surprise costs afterwards.
For whom
For anyone with a home charging station that is not connected to a commercial charging network — Wallbox, Easee, Alfen Eve, EVBox-thuis, Heidelberg, and most OCPP stations via the installer. And for every EV driver who prefers to settle directly with the owner rather than through a chain of intermediaries. Our fee
€0.03/kWh per side — Stripe transaction fees included. No subscription, no fixed costs. A charging station that shares 8,000 kWh per year generates an average of €1,000+ extra per year for the owner, money that would otherwise have ended up with a charging card provider.
Safe and compliant
Payment is processed via Stripe Connect Express, a PSD2-compliant payment stream with KYC on every charging station owner. Charging station owners in the Small Business Scheme (KOR) are automatically self-invoiced under Article 35e of the VAT Act.
Pioneer phase until July 7
Until July 7, charging station owners throughout the Netherlands are adding their stations. From July 7, bookings by drivers will open, and pioneers will receive postcode priority in the search results.
